How does an Asset tracking Beacon work?

A Bluetooth beacon is a small device that emits a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) signal that can be picked up by our GPS trackers. When a GPS tracker receives the signal from a Bluetooth beacon, it can determine that there is a beacon in its vicinity. This allows the GPS tracker to track the location of the beacon and, by extension, the item or person it is attached to.

How much does GPS tracking cost?

We charge a small up-front fee for your 4G GPS Tracker unit, followed by a monthly service fee to use our software. Because we supply both the hardware and software service we are able to provide very competitive pricing and tailor an affordable solution to your business needs.

Do I have to provide a SIM card or pay for data?

No need! SIM Cards are provided with your tracker and data costs are covered in the monthly service.

Does my GPS Tracker need to be installed by an electrician?

We recommend that you have your tracker installed by a professional auto-electrican. Having said that, we offer a range of documentation and wiring diagrams for people who are more technically inclined. 4G OBD Tracker does not require an electrician.
